Low GPU Usage

Running MediaCoder NT, to transcode an M2TS to ipad format

The encoding is going smoothly, about 45fps average, but my GPU usage is only showing up at about 8%

Why isn't it using all of my GPU?

Re: Video Outputting as Interlaced / Wrong Field order?

I am trying to use H.264 either via CUDA or x264 since it seems that is what youtube likes best.

It had to be so short to give you a 'raw' clip and still be under that site's 65mb limit.

Oh, and I donated $30 using the email address associated with this account.

Re: Video Outputting as Interlaced / Wrong Field order?

Yeah the '2 of 4' video is fine, it was encoded using Adobe Media Encoder. Here is an unencoded video, very very short to keep it uploadable. Re: Video Outputting as Interlaced / Wrong Field order?

Did some more testing. If I capture a file with 'swap fields' enabled, MediaCoder sees it properly and encodes a video properly and nothing looks interlaced / dithered. So I know what to do to use future videos with MediaCoder, is there some setting I can change in MediaCoder to read my exsisting vi...

Re: Video Outputting as Interlaced / Wrong Field order?

You really dont see how the text looks all dithered / interlaced as opposed to this video? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FKVbUJ-jSBw From what I can tell when I import the video into MediaCoder it sees it as Interlaced TFF when it should be Progressive. here is a Kotuha link to a similar clip http:...

Video Outputting as Interlaced / Wrong Field order?

I have a Blackmagic Intensity HDMI capture card, and capture using the MJPEG format. When I play the file in windows media player, it looks fine. if I play it in VLC, it looks all interlaced / dithered / swapped field order... but after coverting it to H.264 using Adobe Media Encoder everything come...
