Awesome, thanks mate. I got my pain in the *** anti-virus to finally back down and I made sure I didn't inclue the adware in the installation. Everything's installed. Gonna see how it works tomorrow.

I'm on Nod32 and it says it has an Adware file. It deletes the file as soon as it downlaods and I can't turn the sodding life-controlling thing off. I might find a way to downlaod it on another computer and put it on myself. Still appreciate the link though, thanks.

I had the format set to 'Xvid', the mode set to 'quality based' and on 90 and the encoder WAS set to 'auto-select' (I think it chose MEncoder). My first solution was to just change the encoder to Xvid. This stopped the error message, only to produce another error that I can't remember at the moment....

I have the same problem. I can see everyone dived in here to help you. Did you ever solve it? I would really like to fix this as well.

****, figured it out. If you also want to know, it's under the 'Picture' tab and is a checkbox simply labelled 'show encoding frame'. Haha good thing as well since I realise my Deinterlacing wasn't working.
