Have you tried reinstalling the drivers. It's possible the manufacturer installed a modified version. Be sure to get the driver directly from Nvidia's web site.

Re: MediaCoder Accessing Web Browser
This should at least keep the full browser from opening. - Select Options->Browser Setup - Set mode to "App Mode" - If necessary set the path to the firefox.exe This should keep the full Firefox browser from opening when you select a configuration setting. It should only open a small window with jus...

Re: transcoded .mp4 won't copy to itunes
I have an old 60GB iPod video version 5G and have received the same error from iTunes. Here is what I have learned. The iPod 5G (like mine) has the following video specs: H.264 video: up to 768 Kbps, 320 x 240, 30 frames per sec., Baseline Profile up to Level 1.3 with AAC-LC up to 160 Kbps, 48 Khz, ...

Re: x264_x64 2nd pass problem
I tried the latest build 4488. I'm still having a problem with the 2nd pass. The first pass completes and then I get the "No file outputed" error at the start of the 2nd pass. If all I change is x264_x64.exe to x264.exe the encode will normally complete. I'm trying to encode a simple DVD rip.

Re: CUDA H.264 encoder has expired
What do you mean by makes errors? I normally do not have any problems. I get a crash every now and then, but normally a restart of MediaCoder fixes the problem. What type of files are you trying to encode (input and output). Here are a couple of things to try: 1. Download the full 32-bit version of ...

Re: CUDA H.264 encoder has expired
The 32-bit version will still work on Vista 64. The only difference may be a very slight performance loss. I run Vista 64-bit and use the MediaCoder 32-bit binaries because: 1. The 64-bit binaries seem to be less stable; 2. I have a problem with 64-bit x264 completing a 2 pass encode where the 32-bi...

CUDA H.264 encoder has expired
I've started receiving the following error:
GPU: <GeForce 8800 GT> CUDA 1.1 device 0 detected
This version of CUDA H.264 encoder has expired. Please request for an update.
I'm running build 4482 with the 4485 update.

x264_x64 2nd pass problem
I'm using the x264_x64 encoder. When I configure for 2 pass encoding the encoding process stops after the 1st pass with "No file outputted".

CUDA bitrate or file size limit?
Is there a bitrate or file size limit using the CUDA encoder? I'm trying the CUDA encoder in build 4470. I'm attempting to re-encode a 1080p m2ts file into an 1080p x264 mp4. I'm using a bitrate of 15000Kbs. At this bit rate I should get an output file of about 10GB. However, the file generated is a...

Re: Cannot create iPod compatible files
alexxzone you do not specify what version you have. According to Apple the older 5G (mine is the 60GB) has different specs then the 5.5G and later. Here is the link to Apple's support page: http://support.apple.com/kb/SP41 Here is the link to the 5.5G: https://support.apple.com/specs/ipod/iPod_Fifth...
