no matter what codec i use i get this error now all the time incorrect parameters for ****. this use to be the best encoder out there and now it doesn't even work

having a weird issue when convering to mkv. it converts it like normal but at the end it says it has converted 0mb. any ideas?

if i use avisynth as source my out of sync issue's are gone. why is that?

nope it just rip's them into that container, it keeps the original mpeg2. i have tried those tips and tricks and nothing seems to work.

but makemkv doesn't transcode anything it just rips.

have been there doesn't do me any good. why shouldn't i use makemkv?

auto sync detection. so when a file is loaded it automatically syncs everything up.

current version, mpg to avi using xvid audio copy.

i have searched for this answer here in this forum before but haven't found the right answer yet. i am trying to convert an mpg file from a dvd, once it completes and try playing the file the video is extremely fast and the audio is extremely slow. how do i fix this?
