Hello. I'm trying to quickly encode movies for my smartphone by copying the audio and video streams and adding subtitles directly on the screen . Process takes 30-40 seconds that is fantastic but ..in the end subs don't show :( I tried every option there still doesn't work . Btw , the movies i tried...
